Products Purchased From Other Retailers

Products purchased through other retailers, including retail and store locations, are subject to that retailer’s return policy. Alani Nu cannot accept returns or exchanges for these purchases. Please reach out to the retailer directly to resolve any return, exchange, or refund request.

Nothing in this policy limits or waives any non-waivable right or remedy you may have under the consumer protection or warranty laws of your state or other applicable law. Where any provision of this policy conflicts with such law, that law controls to the extent of the conflict.
